ORDER ARRIVAL
Orders are shipped via USPS and will arrive approximately 1 – 7 days from shipping date. At this time we only offer shipping to the lower states in the USA.
Products that are out of stock, drop shipping, or special orders may take longer to arrive.
If you want to cancel or make changes to your order PRIOR to shipping, please reach out to our support team at orders@mistletoemaniaccl.com
Please be advised that if a package is returned to Mistletoe Mania after three delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for shipping and all associated delivery costs (including insurance) to resend. Should customer not resend, customer is responsible for all shipping and associated costs as well as a 25% restock fee.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as items purchased from Mistletoe Mania are eligible for a store credit only if returned within 5 days of shipment delivery, and will be subject to a 25% restock fee.
Please contact us immediately so we can issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the box.
Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
Some items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Candles, personal care products, fresh floral, stuffed animals, sale merchandise, custom orders, holiday, birthday boxes or special orders.
If product arrives to you damaged, please save the shipping box, take a picture of box in condition, notify USPS immediately. According to their policy, the CUSTOMER must make the damage claim. Please inform us immediately via email, with a picture of damage, by email orders@mistletoemaniaccl.com within1 day of your claim. We’re available to help you as much as possible and with replacement merchandise.
We do not refund shipping, handling or insurance charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning merchandise.
Returns will be processed within 7 – 10 days upon receipt.
All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee regardless of reason for return.
**Please note: All returns must have tracking information and need to be properly insured through the courier. Mistletoe Mania is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
